It all starts with an idea. In 2020, I found myself unemployed and trying to find work that aligned with my passion; people. Over the last decade, I have been drawn to leadership positions and my goal has always been the same; to take those around me and push them to new heights. During the pandemic, I saw a lack of investment in people and growth opportunities due to a changing mindset and a lack of resources. My coworkers and friends were burnt out, frustrated and stuck at the crux of their careers. They didn't know where to go or even how to move forward.
So I founded Krux Solutions.
Krux Solutions was founded on the idea of helping those around me accomplish their goals and reach their potential, even if they aren't sure where to start. As human beings, we all want to be invested in. We want someone to look at us, hear our ideas, and believe in our potential. Through personal, professional and business development, I help individuals and companies grow and overcome the "krux" of their career.
Why “Krux” Solutions?
The definition of a crux is a particular point of difficulty, most commonly used to express the hardest part of a climb. Typically your mentor will share the beta to help you work through the current problem you are facing on the climb; allowing you to overcome the challenge and push forward to the next.
So why the “K”?
That comes from me. When deciding to start this business, I wanted it to speak to who I am. My name is Kendra and I have been in a leadership role for the past decade, both in my personal and professional life; I am also an avid climber and have learned a lot about growth by learning to push my own limits. Throughout my experiences, I have had mentors who pushed me to new heights, but I’ve also had managers who saw me as just another number. I want to use those experiences to help people push past their limits and defeat the “krux” they are currently facing.
